My last update, I was just in the midst of my course.

2 months later, right now.

I’m in the midst of my next term, the final dash towards the finish line, towards becoming a fitness specialist in the army.

The journey was tough and treacherous, yet fulfilling in every aspect I can imagine.

I have met, and forged bonds with some of the most amazing people during the time in my course, am I’m sure they’ll go places, in the future.

Many talents have surfaced, many indeed.

But what’s needed in the course isn’t talent. Because talent only gets you so far, be it in the course or even in life.

It takes hunger, the hunger to achieve bad enough, the hunger that makes you go all out, and be disciplined to attend trainings, hunger to be able to keep being persistent, for the rewards we’ll reap at the end.

A certain president once said: “Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence, talent will not. Nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not, unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not, the world is filled with educated derelicts. Persistence and determination are omnipotent.”

How fucking true.

This course reaffirmed for me, the mindset that you get what you give. If you’re going to half fuck your trainings, you’re going to get half fucked results. True story.

That being said, it’s depressing, that such an amazing course has come to it’s inevitable end. Feeling much like breaking up with a girlfriend of many years, I’ve come to miss it really bad.

Everything about it, I miss, the good, the bad, the big and the small. Every fucking thing in there was worth fighting for. Worth the blood we bled, sweat we sweat, and tears we shed.

Nothing in the world that’s worthwhile comes easy.

I feel a sense of incredible joy to be a part of this.

REPRESENT!

Time, really flies.

I’m already halfway through my course in army. This has been an amazing journey here, the most amazing in fact.

I’m blessed, really, to have stumbled upon something I’m passionate about for my course in army. Do what you love, and never have to work a day in your life.

In this place I’ve learned to take hardship, to overcome adversity, and many more obstacles that were put upon me oh so suddenly.

It surprises me, even now, that the real training hasn’t started, and our commander always keeps us on our toes, telling us to be prepared for the worst days of our lives.

Everyday, training would be the worst day of my life here. However, getting through that and surviving, I can only get stronger, faster and better.

I’ve gotten so much out of this course already, and I’m really only halfway there. True hell awaits as our final test is nearing. I’m hoping for the best, and also expecting the best of myself. I’ve come thus far, there’s no room for failure.

Everyone here is closely knitted, we drink, train, complain, and play. All these things I did with my previous course mates, but in here the course is so small, we all know each other, our pet peeves, which we use for leverage against each other.. Our strengths and weaknesses, which we use to aid each other in training, our hobbies, which we indulge in together, even outside of camp.

In here, I can safely say I don’t mind meeting people from the course outside of camp, because I really hated that in the past as it reminds me of camp. But life in here is enjoyable, and what really makes it that way is everyone, no matter how small their part is.

The PTI course is really the best, and most stylish course in army. We might not be paid the highest, we might not have the same prestige as officers, but we are definitely more stylish.

I, am responsible to organize the Dinner & Dance for our course, and I will very well make sure that to my power, I’ll make it unforgettable for all of us who’s been through the hardship, as it might be the last time ever we’re meeting each other again.

For the people looking from the outside, I’ll make sure they’ll all keep the hospitals busy with their broken jaws from this jaw-dropping sight.

It will be a night to be remembered, celebrated, and LIVED!

This will be going down in the history books,

I have been a pretty patient man for the most of my life and I wouldn’t put it down, because it has it’s part to play.

But recently, just only recently, I’ve started experimenting, on being a bitch when it comes to getting things done. Frankly, it’s fucking awesome.

Impatience, is a virtue. Simply because it will get things done, and no one will disrespect your time.

Played right with calibration, and it’ll be perfect.

Everyone deserves to be what they dreamed to be in life. The only thing stopping them, I’ve learned,

No time, no money, no fame. I call bullshit.

No belief, no balls and that’s more like it.

They preach on being realistic and practical. Now look where that has got them.

9-5 stucked in a cubicle, or worst, the whole day, with your free time at home thinking about work, on how to clinch that new client, or generally, get more cash.

Bra-fucking-vo. That, ladies and gentlemen, is the life of a reasonable person. Walk in the streets, and you’ll find many others like this, too.

They’re all the same, living the same lives which I’m pretty sure they don’t love, just in different bodies.

They live, to exist.

That’s ridiculous.

Our aim here, is existing, to live.

We’re all gonna die, and time doesn’t wait, so let’s live, really live and get the fuck outta here with a bang.

The ridiculous people, on the other hand. Live the most ridiculous lives I know. Travelling from state to state every fucking week. Crazy VIP parties in Luxy this night to sleeping in a hammock in the sands of langkawi the next. All the shit you can think of, they’ll do it if they haven’t already done so.

They make things happen, for them. They are unreasonable, they do unreasonably well.

But yes, not everyone in the world desires this kind of life. We all get that.
